Are there really no alignment fees?
Yes. There are no alignment fees, roster fees, or yearly fees. You only pay for the eCards you buy, plus renewal monitoring if you need us to monitor you.
Do I have to teach a minimum number of classes?
Only what the AHA requires. AHA instructors must teach 4 classes every 2 years to qualify for renewal. We don't require any more than that.
Can I issue my own eCards?
Yes. Once you're aligned, you issue eCards in AHA yourself as soon as class ends.
How much do eCards cost?
BLS eCards are $6. ACLS, PALS, and ASLS eCards are $8. Heartsaver eCards are $20. Discounts are available for first responder agencies, training facilities such as colleges and training programs, and instructors who buy in bulk or teach large groups.

Can instructors outside the United States align?
